Raleigh is one of five of the “hottest” markets in the U.S., according to a recent report by Builder Magazine.

“Potential home buyers – both Millennials and Baby Boomers – are flocking to the state of North Carolina and one of its most vibrant cities, Raleigh,” says Builder.

The magazine bases its short list on places where housing supply meets demand.
