Office Condominiums rely on Property Management Companies
An office condominium property management company manages the shared property and administrative affairs of an office condominium association. Unlike a property manager who manages an individual owner’s office space or a tenant’s lease, the association’s management company is responsible for common areas and shared systems—such as roofs, parking lots, landscaping, exterior maintenance, and building insurance—and for collecting assessments from the individual owners to pay for these expenses. The management company also handles the association’s accounting, budgets, vendor contracts, maintenance requests, records, and communications, and helps the condominium board carry out its responsibilities.
